International deliveris are available through express courrier DHL - UPS - FEDEX
transport cost is calculate during checkout based on the KG weight and the destination of delivery.
Import duty rates for deliveries outside Hong Kong are subjected to the country of destination regulations on import and the cost is not included in the shipment or product price.
Prices are displayed internationally in real time exchange rate local currency but final payment at check-out is in HK$.

Free delivery service is limited to residential or commercial addresses within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. There is no delivery service to sha tau kok, ta kwu ling, man kam to, mai po, lok ma chau, closed area, lo wu, po toi, tung lung chau, grass island, crooked island (kat o), tung ping chau, mui wo, lamma island, peng chau, cheung chau, tiai o, lantau island, restricted area and at the hotel guest rooms.
Delivery service is not available if there is no authorized or legitimate unloading area within 50 meters of the delivery address
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
We reserve the right to charge additional delivery cost if the customer is not present to receive the goods at the agreed time, incomplete/wrong address is provided or any change in address for the services to be delivered to.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure (fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company), we will contact you by phone to arrange another delivery date.
We reserve the absolute right to decline delivery service.

We offer 24 months warranty on defect parts on the electronic and mechanicals or initial failure due to constructive production defect for the products listed in our Coffee grinder category, only for coffee grinders.
We offer 12 months warranty on defect parts on the electronic and mechanicals or initial failure due to constructive production defect for the products listed in our Espresso machine and Commercial machine category, only for espresso coffee machines, and commercial coffee machines.
Warranty service does not include cleansing services for the grinder and/or machine purchased.
Home use machine, single group and grinders warranty included is to be consider only off site, and if not due to improper use or negligence of use from the buyer.
Two and three groups espresso machines warranty is on site if not due to improper use or negligence of use from the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for ordinary use and ordinary well maintenance of the equipment.
In the event the equipment, coffee machine, grinders or accessory show problems or break down due to lack of ordinary maintenance and/or improper use, the buyer is responsible for the full price charge and labour of repair during the whole warranty period as well.
Warranty is not transferable to another person, if the machine is sold second hand to somebody else the warranty will be void.
Any improper use of the machine or grinder or other accessory equipment will void the warranty of the item purchased.
Any unauthorised modifications or self-repair from the buyer, such as opening the machine or grinder without consent from the seller or any use of no original or not brand original specific parts will void the warranty of the item purchased.
All product prices listed are in HK dollars.

The goods may be returned and exchanged within 7 days from the date of the order subject to the following conditions:
- Supported by valid original receipt or invoice.
- Items should remain unopened and in its original packing (if applicable).
It is the customer responsibility to check the condition and quantity of all goods when taking delivery. All claims must be lodged with our customer service hotline +852 3752 4131 at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in our rejection of any claim.
Our return policy is not applicable for glassware or accessories after the receiver has acknowledged receipt of the goods.
We have a 36 hours cooling time period policy in which you can ask a refund after your order is placed online and paid with credit card payment. This apply ONLY if the goods have not being already sent out and the order fulfilled.
In any case after this 36 hours cooling time period from your purchase time, orders and payments online will be considered confirmed and processed and no refund will be issue.
Goods sold and ship out or delivered are not refundable as a general term and condition.
But we can decide to issue a refund if we see this fit to the purchase case.
Even if a refund is issued, a refund handling commission of 3.5% will be anyway always in any case withhold from the total refund. Plus if the refund is asked after shipment and we decide to issue it there will also be a shipment charge withhold, depending on each and every case.
It will be entirely to our discretion to quantify the handling charges for the shipment refund.
If your order qualified for refund then we will refund the payment minus the shipping charges we incurred in delivering your item if the item was delivered or minus handling charges if the item was not ship out.
In the case of a return of the goods, all products should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and the Customer and La Fortuna Gourmet Ltd agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. La Fortuna Gourmet Ltd may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, La Fortuna Gourmet Ltd determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
